The Salem Middle School PTA [Parent Teacher Association] is a community forum where parents, teachers, administrators, and other concerned adults can discuss ways to promote quality education, strive to expand the arts, encourage community involvement, and work for a healthy environment and safe neighborhoods.

Your Donation will aid in our effort to carry out our mission; to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Educators pay a lower fee for membership and are eligible to earn special grants for their classrooms, and students.

If you'd like to join the PTA, but it's not financially possible, either contact us (admin@spartantspta.org) or contact the school. We certainly want as many people to join as possible. Your involvement is important!!

Each Enrollment includes the following:

• • Voting rights for each adult member of your family at PTA meetings

  • Membership to the North Carolina PTA and National PTA.

Our PTA is a Non-Profit Organization. Membership fee’s and donations may be tax-deductible. 

Signing-up for Membership

ONLINE (Preferred Method): Our Givebacks site makes joining the SMS PTA very easy! Simply select your membership type (Family, Individual, or Staff) and submit your payment via a credit card. Go to https://salemspartans.memberhub.store/

PAPER-BASED MEMBERSHIP FORM: Please print the PDF form, complete it, and submit it with your membership dues in a sealed envelope to the SMS Main Office (there is a mail slot for the PTA there). Link to printable PDF form.
